Shipping & Returns
Products at Candy Impressions will be shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Once the product has shipped, items should be delivered to the customer within 5 business days. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
In the event that you are not fully satisfied with the product that you receive, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product either via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (248-460-1869) to make arrangements to return the item to us for a replacement. Shipping charges are non-refundable, buyer pays for return shipping unless the item is damaged. If you have received an item that is damaged, we are happy to replace that item at no cost to you. Any candle that has been burned, or whose wick has been cut, is not returnable.
